「We appreciated that the hotel was able to honor our request for a ground-floor room, although it seemed this may have been one of the only rooms available. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It showed noticeable wear, including a leather couch with worn spots and stains, and several other areas that could use updating. It also wasn’t as clean or well maintained as we expected. The room was located next to the lobby, stairwell, and ice machine, so there was quite a bit of noise...
