"This hotel has seen better days. The only positive is that it is a 3 min walk to airport and the staff I think tries. The carpeting is filthy and rippled in all common areas. Would not go barefoot in the rooms or anywhere - the restaurant isn’t open at all on Sundays -when it was open they literally ran out of food ! They didn’t keep the water filled in the lobby or coffee going throughout the day. Again bare minimal amenities. No soap in the shower - it was empty. Did not trust the pool based on the condition of the rest of the location. Room didn’t have cups or coffee for the small coffee maker. Had trouble getting air to work."

"The hotel was nothing like they advertised. Locked gates around the whole property, female workers going up to vehicles all hrs of the night, leaving with them and returning. Our room was on an inside corridor that was exposed to a significant amount of foot traffic in and out of rooms by guest and people not staying there. The room itself was dirty and locked windows without the ability to get fresh air. A dark red or brown stains on the bathroom door and wall. Appeared to be a blood color. Homeless man parked in a torn apart RV in the back parking lot that was causing a seen in the lobby over breakfast. It was just a bad experience of the hotel. The workers were very nice and the only good part of the stay."

"When I checked into my room. . It was a suite king bed and a sofa sleeper. Bathroom lock was broken missing a remote. Phone line was cut. And main blind wasn’t working. When I checked into an older white lady was very helpful. Said she would get sheets blanket for the sofa sleeper let and a remote(which was missing) later that night I came back to the hotel there was a heavy set woman with short hair. No smile seemed like she didn’t want to help .when I asked for pillows she said she had none. Also told her about blinds . Next day before checking out I noticed only 2 towels . Had 4 total in my room. New lady I. Front was taking forever . So I just called she said I would need to go downstairs to grab these items . I said forget it. Won’t be staying g here again!!"

"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not much noise pollution which is conducive to restful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Free self-parking. Breakfast is not free, but if you sign-up for Hilton Honors, you and all in your party get a complimentary (very delicious) sit-down breakfast. Best of all, they give you a free cookie when you arrive and the same at departure. What a great unexpected treat! Makes me feel like a kid again. Great time had by all!!"
