"We have the family room with 2 single bed and sofa bed. Our room hallway is expose to outside, it is easy to let bugs in to our room if you dont close the door quickly. Room size is good for 4 people walking around. Fridge is a bit small if you stay long. There are 4 laundry machines and it is unoccupied most of the time. There is a 24/7 supermarket across the street (No Jaywalking please!!!) among with other big name convenient stores. few minutes walk to station, Airport shuttle stop is near. Very quiet neighbourhood. If you dont like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants around you."

"Everything was great! Very clean and friendly staffs, close to Disneyland and hotel shuttle to Maihama train station which is 5 min walk to Disneyland. Their buffet breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"One of the best hotels we stayed in Japan, the rooms were bigger than we thought, very spacious, shuttle service to the parks were great and having a Lawson's on the main floor to grab stuff was great, highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice hotel, with convenient bus services offered to hotel guests for transportation to/from Tokyo Disney Sea and/or Disneyland. The perk of the Happy Hour cannot be underestimated and staying at the hotel was well worth it. By taking advantage of the Happy Hour, our family of 3 was able to complete 3 rides at Fantasy Spring (2 line ups and 1 Premier Access) before 10:30AM. The hotel itself is very clean, and the room size was much larger than the typical Tokyo hotel. The only caveat to the hotel was that from the rooms to the elevator, it's quite the walk and with 1 elevator under renovations, there was quite the wait for the remaining 3 operating elevators servicing the entire hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Tokyo hotel. We are a family of 4 - parents and two 20-somethings. We are BIG Disney fans. The biggest question I had when booking was how we all were going to fit - do I need 2 rooms or can we all fit into one? How big are these beds really?? I have an answer!! We opted for the Superior Alcove room. It had 4 beds. I was afraid the alcove and the trundle would be kid-sized, but they are not! That being said, the beds are an unusual size for us Americans - larger than a twin, but not as big as a full. I'm 5'7", and my husband is 6'. The two of us would have to agree to spoon all night and flip over as a unit, or one of us would fall off the bed. My boys are both in the 6'2" range. The trundle and alcove worked just fine. 4 heads - 4 beds - everyone happy. The room was spacious. Much more so than some of the other Japanese hotels we stayed at. It was very Disney - elegantly themed Beauty and the Beast (we even had a china tea set, but not Mrs. Potts and Chip). The only negative thing we experienced was the laundry! It took FOREVER. There were so many other people needing the machines, and the dryers just wouldn't dry, so people were washing and waiting. Two loads took about 4 hours at 10 PM."

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
