"Staff very friendly & helpful "

"Our second time staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay with my family and had another wonderful stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super convenient location and a five minute walk to Bayside Monorail Station which will take you to the Disney Parks. Beds comfortable and the room clean. Water Pressure on the shower was excellent! Convenient having two water and ice machines on our floor and a kettle in our room. Great having a Lawson’s on site for a quick and easy snack. It does get ridiculously crazy after park closing so avoid going at that time! Booking the Airport Limousine to Narita Airport online was almost effortless. "

"The Toastina Cafe was very delicious. And the staff were lovely. It’s so conveniently located to the Disney parks and the bus and monorail is so easy to navigate and take to the Maihama Station."

"The room was great, it was not a big room but was so well appointed. The room had lovely soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner but it also had a foot massager, a shoe dryer, a curling iron and a kettle and fridge. The staff were lovey and accommodating and the breakfast everyday was excellent. "

"The staff are super friendly. The location is close to Disneyland with the free shuttle service provided. The rooms and additional amenities are clean. "

"The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay! "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing so many options and tasted delicious. The showerin the room was huge! I loved having the shower and toilet separated. "
