This hotel is an easy walk from the Kasai station for trains and buses. The beds were firm but comfortable by local standards. Breakfast was good too. There are unlimited dining and shopping options very close by. Staff were kind and helpful.

Clean rooms with good amenities. Convenient location and very walkable and close to transit. We stayed here because it was easy transit to Disneyland, about 30 minutes, but at a reasonable price.

Friendly staff vent backwards to accommodate your requests. Very well organized small rooms as it is common in Japan. Very clean with a PJs for guests. Right in front of the front desk there are some items like hair brush, bath salts, etc for free for your enjoyment. Electronic bidet in the bathroom. I’m very happy with my room.

Great location close to Kasai metro stop. Very clean and quiet room: two-bed room on 12th floor with water/dryer and fridge/freezer. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Love the internal open atrium.

Fantastic hotel close to bus and railway station like 2 minute walk! Staff super friendly was one bus stop from Disneyland if you caught the right bus. Breakfast is good but on two day rotation which isn't great for longer stays!

Stayed Lumiere Kasai Hotel for 4 nights with my family of 2 kids. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and got cleaned daily very thoroughly by hard working staff. The location is very convenient. Your limou bus from Narita airport stops 2 min walk from hotel and Kasai station trains will take you wherever you want to go. Close to Disneyland and Teamlab planets but a little bit far from other side of the city attraction which was ok. They made good memory for my family hence I'll give them a 5 STAR excellent considering the value we received for the price we paid! Thank you

It was very close to the train and bus stations, that distance helps getting around Tokyo easily. The staff as well were super accommodating, answered all my queries and provided the necessary information. I love the free use of transparent umbrellas and breakfast was satisfying and yum.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumiere Kasai! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The property itself is very clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing clothes for guests to use during our stay. It made our visit even more comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
