"The historic building now an hotel was very impressive and informative with pictures displayed throughout the building. I was informed about the parking which was valet parking lot and street park which is allowed Friday after 5pm till Monday morning for free! I like that everything is walking distance if you prefer to walk over driving. Like the local bars or shop in the area. I was a little confused and disappointed about breakfast I thought it was included in the stay but when I arrived downstairs for breakfast was told $18.95 per day. I thought continental breakfast was included in the stay from 5am-11am. I may have read wrong. The bar area was clean and well maintained. The Starbucks on hotel was also clean and well stocked and organized."

"Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend."

"The room was renovated and was amazing, but the parking is confusing with people grabbing cones to hold parking spaces. I learned on the 2nd night that was an underground parking garage. Hmmm"
