"The staff were excellent. I had forgotten my wife’s birthday card in my room and only realized it once we were at La Tanière. Thanks to the can-do attitudes of Laurie and Rosemarie, Laurie went to my room to get the card and Rosemarie dropped the card off at the restaurant on her way home after her shift. That is real service! Congratulations Fairmont and thank you Laurie and Rosemarie!"

"Very nice place overall. Would be nice if they would have a common are room to use with friends. The only space was on the 3rd floor but near elevator and very open. Also, carpet looked outdated in the room ands some rooms had Netflix installed and some don’t. As a summary loved the stay with family. "
