Overall, it turned out ok.
Be aware that booking with Expedia, you may not get the best of rooms.
When we first arrived, the room that we had was not what was expected. We booked a room with a balcony on the ground floor of the pool area. But we had a corner room, with NO light coming in. The balcony was behind a pillar and there was nothing to view. The room felt damp. It was really depressing. I went to complain that there was no way we could stay there for 3 nights.
At first, the man at the front desk was telling me there was nothing he could do. Finally, we were offered a room with an outside view (of the parking lot, on ground lever, not exactly nice) for the first night and the best room of the garden level for the other two nights.
The second room was really nice and helped making our trip a good experience. But I don’t feel like booking this hotel again. There are simply too many rooms I wouldn’t like to get.
