"What an incredible find! We were very pleased with our room. Big windows that let in lots of light. Good shades to pull at night. Nice kitchenette to store our drinks. We did not cook as there were so many options within a block or two. We would gladly stay here again. "

"The parking is quite a distance away , and seems like an unsafe place and very dusty. The room is big, with well equipped kitchen and clean inside. Windows cannot be opened , maybe because it’s really dusty outside . Reply from reception via email is fast when we were unable to cool the room. There is a supermarket behind the block and places for food nearby. "

"It was a great apartment- perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. They didn’t receive one of our messages about parking and we got a parking ticket- my understanding was that this was an error in receiving info from Expedia. But otherwise, it was very nice. Plenty of room and good location- would definitely stay here again. "

"The only setbacks is there’s no luggage storage at all. If you arrive earlier than 4 pm or depart later than 11 am, there’s no storage for your luggage at all at the hotel. It was very inconvenient!!"

The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. "Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. "
