「Good communication with owners at all times with clear instructions for arrival. Easy walk to Old Quebec. Nice gardens near by. Modern & comfortable accommodation. 」

「From check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night...

「Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.」
