「We had a wonderful stay! Although our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The excellent service more than made up for the delay, and we truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. We would happily stay here again.」

「Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Our experience got off to a poor start. Although check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. We had to wait with our young children, which was unacceptable. The room itself was not comfortable. 「I could not recommended Pines and Palms enough - it was spotlessly clean, everyone was super friendly and it was so nice and peaceful. The pool area is fabulous and there’s access to free paddle boards and kayaks etc - we were really sad to leave!」
