"We had a good stay overall. The beach access was truly two minutes from the building which is why I chose this property. The room: if you have any minor back problems, you cannot comfortably use the pull out couch. We had to change our sleeping arrangements because the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and screeches with every move. The problem is the cross bars which will poke you no matter how you lay. It was very hard to pull it out as something gets stuck in the mechanism. I was...

"Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"The furniture was rather small and not very comfortable. Cleanliness was ehhh i found dead bugs in the Silverware drawer. I wld suggest getting some bigger bowls for eating cereal and storage containers for leftovers to go in. Other than the loud neighbors and those few things we enjoyed our stay with Blue swell. We actually stayed in one pf there property's in November of 2023 as well and had no issues. "
