「The room while available on time was wet and smelled of damp/mold. The carpet was wet on arrival and the AC barely got below 74 our entire stay. The bathroom door didn’t shut because it was warped badly due to water pouring out the back of the shower/tub. The resort fee is $50 a day and that basically includes a pool towel. There are not enough loungers and people claim them before the towel kiosk opens at 8 am. For a family of four - fighting for one chair to share - and not in the shade was...

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「When I checked into my first room there was a foul odor next to the window. I had to be moved to a different room because of this. Upon moving to the second room, it didn't have a phone like the first room. I also attempted to use the iron (which was old) that didn't get hot and leaked. I wanted to check out a day early but was unable to change my flight. Also, the pool was out of order. The property should have advertised this on their site as a disclaimer so perspective guests can decide...
