"We had a lovely stay for 4 days. Breakfast was good. We had a fantastic view of the mountains and the staff were lovely. Catarina was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. Couldn’t fault it, highly recommend. "

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"Staff was nice, location is okay. Room was very cold especially night time. If there was extra blankets would help bit. We were very cold. Flooring is extremely noisy. It is impossible to quietly walk. Wood floor was making a lot of noise when walk. We could even hear the people from upstairs and next room when they were walking around."

"Very friendly saff but we needed to go different building for breakfast and all food was located in very narrow carridor instead of the dinning room. It was crowded and didn’t look hygienic. I am very sorry but this not what I expected from hotel in Switzerland. I choose that place based on photos which are very beautiful. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our family Christmas trip and this was the biggest disappointment even the staff was excellent. I think they have to be more clear what to expect from the hotel to get the right customers. It should be budget hotel because restrictions of the buildings design. I would also recommend renovation. We enjoyed the stay but we will choose different hotel in the future. "
