「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「Wir haben im Nebenhaus „Chalet Stöckli“ gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind rustikal,sauber und haben ein Waschbecken. Die Toilette und Dusche teilt man sich mit zwei Zimmer, was für uns kein Problem darstellte, da alles immer sauber war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Angestellten immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!」

「We had very pleasant stay at Beausite hotel. Hotel staff are extremely nice. They breakfast was so yummy and we love the breakfast curry rice and the egg florentine in the jar. Even after we checked out, staff still offered guests free coffee/tea and cake from 2-6pm . Hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The room is spacious and good for 3 of us . No aircond but there is a fan provided in the room. We love this hotel!」

「A really nice hotel with big room space and beautiful surroundings. The location is very convenient and it is just a 5-minute-walk from Interlaken OST station. The staff of the hotel is really nice and helpful. Will definitely consider again when visiting next time.」

Great location and spacious rooms bu understaffed

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "

"浴室老舊沒有抽風機只能打開對走廊的窗戶，走廊是鏤空的整棟建築物看起來像美國老舊汽車旅館，從一進房房間跟浴室都是霉味，房間潮濕被子蓋起來濕濕涼涼，暖氣沒什麼作用，因為是附屬樓所以也沒人可以處理這些問題，房間也沒電話可以讓你打給櫃檯，因為這棟建築物只有兩樓外面就是草地，所以雖然我住二樓還是有在房間看到蟲子"

"One day, i was too late to come back to the hotel and found i forgot the access card in the room. I was locked outside of this hotel. I pressed the button on the wall for help. A staff member of them came to open the door for me in twenty minutes without scolding me and making any complaints. I appreciated her help.🙂 "
