「Excellent stay experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was bright and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. 「The hotel was closed due to no power. I was not able to check in as they were not open. Why did you take my reservation. I need my money back!!!」

「We stayed in a King size suite, it was excellent, spacious, roomy awesome king size bed, walk in shower was awesome too. Great room period, Wind Creek staff outdid themselves. I will stay there again in the future!!!」

「My let out springs on the couch were exposed and sticking my spine. The head was much lower than the feet. I called and went to the desk they said, we know and there's nothing we can do. The carpet between the bedroom and the bathroom was unraveled I trip I did not fall but it is lifted on calls for. 「Very clean and updated rooms. Stayed one night for a wedding and had a smooth check in and check out. Only complaint is that walls are not sound proof and you can hear basic conversations from the rooms. This did wake us several times at night and early morning. So if your a sensitive sleeper pack ear plugs」

「Room was dirty and smelly. Squished bugs and hand prints on the walls. Stains on the sheets, blankets, curtains, and even lamp shades. The refrigerator howled everytime it ran and the shower floor was falling apart. Breakfast consisted of wet eggs, cold sausage, a toaster that didnt work properly, and apparently there wasn't a single spoon in the entire building.」
