The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!

I am handicapped and requested a handicapped accessible room the only thing was big enough for my wheelchair was the bathroom I asked for a shower bench and staff told me they had a bathtub we were locked out of the room everyday because the keys didn't work then staff had to break into the room with a crowbar and kicking the door in then the last night we were moved to a room that was not even considered handicapped with 2 beds in which i couldn't move around at all in and broke part of my wheelchair tireand it had a really foul odor so we had to find a store where we purchased several air fresheners and a blanket which we slept on top of as soon as morning arrived we checked out The place also wreaked of cigarettes and Marijuana i asked was the hotel a smoking allowed hot and the guy said no and came to our room to try and let us in our room not to mention the plumbing situation which i have video of ugh! Dirty bedding the whole experience was complete NIGHTMARE. I wish I could give a -0

There was a roach in the room. There was a heavy smell of pet order remover and pesticide. The tub was chipped and not appealing enough to take a bath and this location shouldn’t be on any travel site. When I said something about the conditions to the manager there was another couple checking was considering checking in. When they heard our conversation they left and I was told I would have to check out the next morning due to that situation. I would like y money back and they need to be taken off of your hotel travel list.
