"Beautiful clean hotel. However, I got charged for a restaurant bill, Sugar, that my husband n I did not even go to. I suggest asking the guest for their room key to verify they r a guest in the hotel. Giving the hotel room # is not enough. We ate breakfast at Quinto n we were asked for our room number. Anyone listening can use this same room number."
