「The property is quirky and has a boutique feel in a very attractive building. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. If I had been given this information I would not have booked this room. The parking was good and well...

「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable.
