"Love the neon sign…the room was basic…parking was not great..so small and so many large vehicles (including my rental!). The treadmill is not great…I was able to use it but the calibration of the speed is way off…"

"Fantastic stay – would highly recommend! We absolutely loved our stay at The Garland and can echo all the other fantastic reviews it has received. Our room was spotless, spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, with a large shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The small fridge was also really handy for keeping drinks and snacks chilled. The pool area was fantastic and very well managed, with the number of guests being monitored to make sure it never felt overcrowded. We also ate at the bar a couple of times and thought the food was excellent, with good portions and very reasonable prices. The trolley to Universal runs every hour and made getting to the park an absolute breeze. The hotel is also really well located for exploring Hollywood and the wider LA area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend The Garland. We’d happily stay here again!"

"My stay was mainly for business, but a perfect location from every place I needed to go and be. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The diner attached I ate at everyday was a amazing. I loved my room, the space & decor were great, especially as a movie buff. Overall, can't wait to stay again."
