「The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple 」

「We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here! 」

「There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.」

「the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. 」

「It was a last minute booking that turned me into a returning renter. I enjoyed the contactless check in with keyless entry. It made it more home like. Definitely will book with them again. 」
