「Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!」

「It was a great stay every thing was perfect except on Monday one little hiccup we went to get our breakfast and had just made our plates it was 9:27 the dinning room lady (for lack of better description) came out and said dinning room closes and rushed to snatch up everything a few minutes later the staff was in the back room with the door open …. You guessed it laughing and having breakfast. We had gotten ours for the most part, she was just abrupt and a tad rude.」

「Clean room, AC temperature was pre set and ok, I dropped it 2 more degrees. Room did not smell as a different one last visit. Contenetial breakfast was good, although opened 30 minutes later than on weekdays. Sausage was a little over cooked but still good. Way better staying experience than a month earlier. Also about40 buck more this go.」

「The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work…dirty towels were left in room after cleaning. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Location was very convenient to several malls & restaurants.」

「原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！」
