「This was the worst and most disappointing experience I have had as a Hilton Honors member. I informed the staff that the room felt dirty, but they dismissed my concern. They told me that because I reported the issue more than an hour after check-in, they would need to take pictures and send them to the manager before doing anything. 「We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when we experienced noise from neighboring guests. They promptly helped us move to a quieter room and were happy to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for our needs and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, the excellent customer service and convenient location made for a positive experience, and we would stay here again.」
