「Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices.」

「Very calm, clean and quiet location! We stayed for 4 nights and the mattresses were super comfortable. Staff was always helpful whenever we needed anything extra for the room too. Breakfast was nice as well with a good amount of options. Parking is free and the location is very convenient too; we were fairly close to lots of things around Charlotte and we were right next to a Walmart and other yummy food places so that was great too. The only thing was figuring out when room service would come...
