「I have reserved a room for two people. There was only one wash rag inside of the room when I requested more. They asked me if there was some type of emergency for me to get another wash rag and then proceeded to take over 30 minutes to the point, I had to go find a cleaning crew to go get another wash cloth. 」

「The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....

「Overall this is a decent space for the price. This is our second stay. Tjis time we encounter a less desirable experience. Parking is fairly easy, except code doesn't match door for unit but can get in next one over(both stays). The elevator to Penthouse floor was out of order, and it was out first half of 1st visit too. The dishwasher didn’t work. We reserved for 2 guests and there was only one set of bath towels. 」
