Stayed during winter storm. Mom had surgery at nearby hospital. Was walkable despite the snow. Great having the kitchen...really came in handy given the weather. Well appointed unit. Would highly recommend. There are some homeless nearby, but still felt safe.

This is a cozy studio complex within walking distance of some great places, and maybe 15 minutes to downtown by car. The studio was clean and comfortable save for some dust here and there. The parking is plentiful as well. My only problem was that there were quite a few stairs that I was unaware of when booking. You may need to reach out to the company directly if you're looking for something on the ground floor.

The property is absolutely safe. My son and I stayed there for about 3 weeks for a local summer camp at a college. We brought an air mattress for him. There are minimal towels provided and we did not receive the request when we asked for extras so I would plan to bring what you need if you have an extended stay. Everything was walking distance except for grocery and things were very quiet. The laundry facilities on-site are subpar and priced higher than other local facilities. The location is super convenient and I just wish we were notified there was construction going on nearby. Overall great spot.
