To my surprise, there was a $7.50 fee to park in the hotel lot that was mostly empty. No coffee or tea facilities in room and no coffee in the common area after early morning.

Quick 4 hour stay during my layover (never again). Sheets were the worst part along with the tobacco stains on the wall, blood in the floor, and no tissue in the room.

Phenomenal friendly and helpful staff. However I feel the hotel may be experiencing some difficulties in organization and convenience. For instance there was no trash can in the room, there is no sidewalk from the parking area to the front door, and I had to get my rooms keys re-programmed 5 times in a 3 day stay. The staff was very helpful and graciously fixed the keys each time. They even managed to find an extra pillow for the room.

I've stayed here before and it's usually an o k experience. But this time it was pretty bad. The room I had the bedding stuff was made , but there were things from the previous occupant that was still in the room, such as all of their used towels and cloths. There was even still paper towels on the floor. In the remote for my t v didn't work. And the t v itself was in maintenance mode. Also I don't think the housekeeping for that level was doing their job because tons of rooms had towels and trash seating outside in the hallway for over twenty four hours.

Microwave was damge with rust, the room was half clean, & the guest was everywhere. Basically this is a hotel for dealers, & leople in hardships. Price was cool, so i gues we got what we where paying for.

Í booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellation. When we arrived the front desk representative (Giovanni/GG) was incredibly patient as he was dealing with 40ish angry customers who’s flights had also been cancelled. He was dealing those customers, those of us who had reserved rooms, and a lot of phone calls, as well as other external types of customers. The shuttle was prompt and direct. The staff, and I mean every one that I interacted with, were extremely courteous and helpful. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle travel time was quick. Ron’s were great and clean. We wanted for nothing there. Thank you guys so much.
