Worst rental ever! Drove 5 hrs to a building that looks eh...couldn't get it, once we did, the elevator was broke and our unit was on the 10th floor. Im not climbing 10 floors everytime I needed to leave! Terrible!!!!

The entire building had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay very uncomfortable, and the room itself was no better. The unit feels very neglected, and even the building entrance is poorly maintained, which gives a bad first impression. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and did not meet expectations at all.

The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy at this place. Keep on looking!!

The location of the property needs added night time security. No one was at the front desk. However, our apartment was wonderful with all the needed kitchen equipment.

Online process not properly described so we had to wait 2 hours to get the room code since “concierge” is pretty much never on property, male named “Jay” who said he worked there but was his day off even asked for our code and had the bathroom code for the 1st floor, apparently the whole time he is a local drug dealer, someone was in the “assigned” parking space our entire visit, same car that never moved so we had to park facing the street, the unit is cosmetically nice however the bathtub and kitchen water can’t really run at the same time for warm water, and when the temperature dropped to 28 degrees there was NO HEAT in the unit. Contacted Luluhomes and I was told that that they would try to reach concierge but never got a call back so my KIDS had to sleep in sweaters, Luluhomes tried to have us move units at 940 right before a drive back to Florida at 7am which was unacceptable to me considering our kids were already sleeping, sent a photo of the broken/open vent which has outside air coming in causing the issue and was asked to please put a towel over it and was even told that they were unable to take a loss at the expense of the company, apparently that is more important than the reputation of the company and a happy renter. Absolutely never staying here again and will gladly pay a chain hotel vs giving this poorly run company another chance. Still currently waiting on a response about a discount for all of our issues but no response since 7am which is when we left

TERRIBLE... DO NOT BOOK!

Check-in and process for parking was very confusing and systems did not work as described. Unit is part of an apartment building with both permanent residents and guests. Immediately parking garage was absolutely trashed, hallways are run down and dingy. We got into the unit to find hair in the bathroom, and a unit that was not as described and not as photoed. As soon as we got off the elevator and into our unit the smell of marijuana gave us immediate headaches and was super strong. We did not feel comfortable whatso ever. Looked like the converted balcony had plastic coated glass, floors were dirty, just a terrible experience from every direction. We immediately left the property and found another place to stay. No way to communicate with the property, having to go through Hotels.com for a refund, which has not been an easy process. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT.

This place and the area in which its located, might be considered dangerous. Please trust every single "concerning" review that you find because its likely an understatement. Scantily clad individuals around the property, day and night; even late night. People having loud sex with the windows open (I didnt even realized the windows could be opened), loud cursing, yelling and various altercations, by the constant crowd of people just hanging around the property. Trash all over the grounds and several individuals that I'm quite sure were "street workers" (to each their own... I'm just making a note) servicing their clientele. The space itself - sizable and visible holes in the makeshift patchwork done to insulate the 2 portable air conditioners. And because of those holes, you hear EVERYTHING and everyone, passing by the building. Nothing and I do mean nothing, appeared to have been cleaned anytime recently and the bathroom - my goodness - it shld simply be burned, gutted and updated. Rust everywhere, dirt, hair... and to top it all off, the toilet was broken and I repaired it myself (albeit, a temporary fix). Last thing - In all honesty a traveler wld be more comfortable sleeping in their car. I'm not a complainer per se, but I found this place to be a complete hazard and I believe the entire building should be reviewed and considered for condemnation.
