「This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. Other than a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom I can't think of anything this place didn't have. I will definitely see if this place is available next time I'm in Atlanta.」

「Bad experience. When I got there to check in the concierge told me I didn't have a reservation and notified me that everyone that reserves a room always has the same complications with booking because the people never send in the information on time. I had to wait two hours for them to send the reservation and then the room was even clean, which is ridiculous because they charge a cleaning fee in the total cost for the apartment. 」

「It is listed as a new construction but it wasn't even complete. No mirrors in the bathrooms, minimal utensils and dishes, one bed was broken and held up with 2x4's, no coffee pot (listed to have one), 」

「Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.」

"It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it."
