The check in process was seamless even though we arrived earlier than expected. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. They gave recommendations to local restaurants and grocery stores and when it looked like we may be late for our shuttle to the airport, she made her way to our room to ensure we were ready.

Diamond in the rough absolutely wonderful. Close to airport Beautiful breakfast buffet at a cost 7£ all the special coffee you want, worth it !! Clean , walking distance to restaurants safe area. Didn’t like that reception photo copied our passport s. Friendly staff all around, They have shuttle service but not free charged 25£

Great hotel / Spa destination. Unfortunately Spa is not only available for guests staying at the hotel. Too many guests (day pass). I felt like in Disney world with a towel rope. Hotel charges extras for using the Spa. It should be included with stay.
