「Perfect in summer as temperature lower due to position」

「Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. 「The staff were very accommodating and when we arrived 1.5hrs and early they accommodated us checking in early. The room was very clean and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food to choose from the buffet.」

「Nothing major, just small things that kept it from being perfect. I would have liked a coffee pot and microwave. The floors needed a better vacuuming. Staff was excellent and accommodating. I don't know where the disconnect was but I thought I was booking the full apartment but was initially placed in a very small single room with bathroom. Fortunately the full apartment was available so we were able to switch to that on the second day. Just be aware that there are 3 properties available but...
