「Affordable stay. 」

「I debated between 3 and 4 stars and went with 4 because the price is so good. It is very affordable but it is not very clean and staff is not very friendly or attentive. Overall though for such a great price it was pretty good. 」

「Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.」

「Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.」
