"The room needs a deep deep cleaning. Toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while. Limited outlets to use for your personal items. Not enough lighting in the room. No safety certificate in elevator, exit sign literally hanging by one wire. Mattress needs to be replaced as you can feel the springs.
