「Amazing hotel and staff. 」

「The room was impeccably clean. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, with a cozy seating area and even lemon-infused water for refreshment! Though I did not utilize the gym, it looked to be very well equipped. 」

「This is a small, kind of older hotel but very clean and well kept. The lady that was working the desk was there all day but readily helped us and talked to us any time we needed it. The parking lot was nice and well lit and there were multiple ways to get in and out with the room key. The breakfast was very simple but there is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet and we used the heat a little at night and it worked just fine.」

「The breakfast staff were great. So friendly. The front desk was very helpful. The location is spot on! On our last night we realized that there was no shampoo, so maybe need to check when readying the room. We didn’t need until the 2nd night and it was too late to get. Also the floor in the room was a little sticky perhaps the mop wasn’t as clean? All in all though we had a great time and love the hotel.」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
