「Great location, easy check-in and check-out, Room was clean. Would definitely stay again.」

「I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment...

「I tried to cancel due to error and situation that occurred during process of making reservation. I was informed that i needed to contact hotel and if they agreed to refund my money fund me my bank or expedia did not have a problem with it.」

「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」
