Very accommodating place for a family. Would recommend. Pack and play provided and fairly good condition. Unit has a broken faucet and needed some minor repair a sealing but nothing that interrupted the stay

The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it.

The property was in an easy area to access the city, about 10 mins walk to subway & a couple of close bus routes. Slight issue at check in, & the dryer took close to 2 hours to dry any load due to it not exhausting outside, but overall worked out for our trip.

This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!

Great loft! Super clean, comfy and convenient for exploring Old City. Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers slept comfortably in the 2 bedroom loft. The only downfall was there is not onsite parking. But we were able to find a lot within a 10 minute walk to park in so we dropped everything off and moved the car. We didn’t need our car while we were there because everything we did was in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The walls were paper thin. Could hear EVERYTHING. I live in a city, this was poor building set up. Id rather hear a train and cars at 3-4-5am than a TV, dog toys, lite foot steps and doors closing (not slamming)

only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street
