「海边的一个酒店，我们的车子转入一条小路，然后就看到一片田地，当时心就凉了半截。进入酒店后发现酒店很精致，很有惊喜。事实证明这确实是一间很用心的酒店，服务员都很热情，大堂经理开车带我们出去溜达，还介绍好吃又便宜的饭店，那家叫什么apple的。我们出去溜达时和当地小孩照了一些照片，找不到地方冲晒，酒店的员工帮我们拿去冲晒，还答应帮我们送去给孩子们。」

「我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人」

「The room was very clean the staff give me Premier suite on upper floor as I have negative experience with mosquitos at other property in Nusa Lembongan. Had a lovely relaxing stay, spa, food and staff were all very nice. Would definitely recommend for a rice field experience. 」

「The staff is friendly. The environment is good. There are many flowers and rice field in this resort. The Villa is clean and well maintained. But it is not closed to downtown Ubud, we need to take a shuttle to there.」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.」
