"The staff was extra ordinary if I had known I would have staled longer"

"This hotel is in a convenient location. It’s within a short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and the #7 ferry station to Murano. There are many restaurant options nearby. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. The hotel provided welcome gifts in our room that were very nice and a plus."

"What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."

"Ideal place to stay in Treviso, handy for pubs and restaurants. Room spacious and clean. No complaints at all."

"Spotless, recently renovated to a high standard. Situated in a quiet street, 100m from botanic gardens, 200m from tram stop (tram goes to station and old town centre. Staff in main hotel, where you check in (about 100m opposite Basilica ) stayed late to get us check in, after our flight was delayed 3 hours. Nice people, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it"

"Todo mundo que vê o anúncio do hotéis.com 10/10, excelente, não deve ter ficado no quarto 116, sujo, com as peças do frigo bar na gaveta da cômoda(veja fotos em anexo) que quem instalou não guardou o que sobrou, gaveta suja e cheia de pó, banheiro com papel higiênico começado, o qual precisei pedir para ser trocado, sem a caixa forte que consta no anúncio, e com uma quantidade de aranhas que vc não conseguia dormir de medo de ser picado(veja fotos abaixo), internet péssima, café da manhã pago e...

"The property was very good. However the receptionist was not friendly at all. She was blunt and un empathetic. Not flexible at all in allowing anyone to check in before check in time, which is fine, it was the tone of voice. Also another customers wife was robbed and he was asking for help and she just told him to go to police."

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...

"The hotel was good and really convenient public transportation options to Venice. The only downside is unfortunately you will see unsavory individuals on roadsides and we even saw folks taking drugs on parking lots nearby. Be a little vigilant as you walk on the neighborhood. The hotel is safe though as everything requires access code or cards. "

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
