The room was large with a balcony that was in the sun, withouta large enough awning. There wasn't a fan in the room. When you take your key out of the power slot, the room loses all power, putting my husband's insulin at risk because even the fridge shuts off. It was an okay hotel. There wasn't breakfast service at all. The neighborhood seems very empty, but you can walk to most sights in 20 to 30 minutes. The hotel should publicize the nearest water taxi drop point too. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but I also wouldn't avoid it as long as the price is reasonable. An okay stay, very quiet for sleeping.

Charming hotel

Beautiful small hotel located in a perfect area: near fundamente Nove for the vaporetto and airport boat! Within 5min of walk you are in the busy area of Venice, the hotel is located in a nice quite street which is good in the evening and morning if you wanna rest a bit. The room is decorated in Venician style, very authentic and super clean when we arrived. The reception helped us when we had an issue with the noise with the neighbors upstairs. The main con: thin wall and hard pillow (at least for me). They don’t serve breakfast but it was so nice to enjoy breakfast outside in a sunny terrace! I will def come back.

I was never able to stay in this hotel. I wanted to book the hotel for June 10 to June 12th, but made a mistake in my booking and booked it for May 10th to May 12th. I started to request them to change the dates a few seconds after I made the mistake, which was 3 months ahead of check-in through Expedia, but they had zero cooperation and support. It seemed like a thief who is happy to take advantage of a customer's mistake. Do not recommend this place at all, although I haven't been there, as the management behavior talks about other aspects.

We were supposed to check out at 11am. We had a big inconvenience and advice the hotel that we will get there by 2pm. When We arrived, the receptionist starting to yell, that he will call the police on us, that he wants 50€, that we can’t get out stuff. We asked if that penalty is written It was terrifying and scary as he suggest we didn’t get to speak, let alone he refused that we pay. If you are a person of Colour please stay away from the his place, it was the most terrifying experience.
