「Staff were polite but not responsive to customer requests. E.g. The room safe was not working and no one came to fix. The TV also didn't work. It's noisy from loud music playing at the bar, as other reviews noted. It's a basic clean 3 star hotel. Chose it for It's proximity to airport and places to eat.」

「I don't usually write reviews, but Luxeley Hotel truly deserves one. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout...

「This Hotel has bed bugs. I stayed here for one night because i had a flight going out the next day. When i woke up to get ready for my flight i was bitten up very badly and it wasn’t mosquitos . This hotel is TERRIBLE」
