「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean.」

「The staff was very good, and the room was excellent; I especially liked the private balcony. Wi-Fi was great. The pool was quite nice, except that one of the step rails in the swimming pool had a broken top step and rusted bolts. They probably need to have someone inspect those before someone gets hurt. In addition, they have nice signs extolling their "ROOMSERVICE" throughout; however, I found the room service severely lacking. No matter what time of day/evening you call the restaurant...

「Absolutely do not recommend. When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units....

「This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again!」

「We didnt use the pool or fitness but breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. Room was cool and spacious. Could have used a small dishwashing liquid.. we didnt dirty enough to use the dishwasher. But GREAT stay. Fantastic staff!」
