「Nothing wrong with the property just the heater in our room. It was very cold in our room so we turned on the heater. It started making a most unpleasant noise. Went to front desk to inquire about changing room. No one at the front desk after hours. And no maintenance on site to make repairs. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites before and this experience just wasn't up to par! 」
