「My stay at this hotel was good. But I forgot two shirts and a jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it till I got home. When I called the hotel first, they said nobody found anything in the room but then when I called back the next day, they say they had it at the front desk. They sent me to a website for lost and found items, and I filled out the information and they were supposed to mail my items back but never did. That was two months ago.」

「We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later. Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations...

「The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. 「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. 「It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means but I didn’t pay for one either. It was clean quiet and uneventful. The owner is a super friendly guy and I enjoyed chatting with him for a minute. Water was hot, didn’t run out as in some places and the pressure was good. A/C worked great and was quiet. No complaints and I would stay again.」
