We had a an adjacent room to a family with a barking dog and a young child that they allowed to kick the walls and open and slam the door, late into the night and in the very early morning. I should have called and reported it, I do take responsibility for that. The room was clean and the pillows were very comfortable.

The stay wa very good. The only reason why it wasn't excellent was because there is no pool. Otherwise the stay was great the staff was friendly and the room was super clean with very comfy beds.

The staff was great. Jumped through hoops. I found a bug, but it turned to not be a bed bug. But moved me and helped me check the new room. The food was good and extra towels. A person was given the same room and walked in my room. They wanted to offer me a free night off my bill but because I booked Expedia.they could not. Expedia could give me that free night off my stay.
