「The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. 「When visiting the Napoli area, we prefer to stay in this tranquil compound in Pozzuoli, near the amphitheater. There are a variety of room styles and the off-street parking is secure. Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood. You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri.」

A sinalização é confusa dentro do edifício também, foi uma pessoa que nos ajudou e depois uma hospede italiana que nos ajudou a contactar um funcionário, se n fosse ela, não sei como seria.
