「This was our second stay here and we stayed in room Flor, we loved our last room but this room was absolutely stunning. Well equipped with little details such as a robe, slippers, cotton pads, ear buds, toiletries, lovely smelling diffusers in the room and a radio. The walk in shower is lovely too! 「Our stay was a delight from start to finish. We had planned to drop our case and head off to Cardiff before check-in but the room was ready 2 hours early so we were able to check in then! The room was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and clean and spacious. The shower was lovely once we got to grips with the temperature control. The kitchenette was well-equipped and a lovely touch. 「High quality stay, food was good, service was excellent, staff were fantastic we had an issue with the electrics going off but that was resolved in 5 minutes no problem, room was brilliant the only thing missing in the room I would say was a mini fridge for personal use would be good but everything else was perfect. 」
