「Free parking on the property. Good proximity to beach access. Clean. Friendly staff. Kitchen was a little sparce. Ashtrays on the walkway tables were dirty (used). Inadequate bedding for the pull-out sleeper (be sure to check this before the office closes). Overall, decent for the price (cheaper than most in the vicinity). Our stay was only for 1 night.」

「The Beach House Hotel is just yards away from the Gulf. It is within walking distance of restaurants and activities. There is a nice balcony and a sitting area on ground level with a grill. Robert is a great property manager, very friendly and helpful We enjoy staying here when we are in Treasure Island.」

「Only 1 washcloth, had to clean air-conditioner filter,no broom or toaster. Head board was dusty. Trash under the pull out couch. Pull out couch couldn't fold down in the position it needed to be because of the space between couch and shelving. Pool area was full of broken tiles, only a few loungers and no outdoor tables or dining areas. Grill caught on fire while there due to lack of cleaning from staff.
