「Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy.」

「Sandra at the front desk was an absolutely fabulous person. She had the answers to all my questions and was so warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh every morning. And the young man and young lady (on Saturday) had smiles on their faces which is refreshing in the morning. Go to the 3rd floor for an unforgettable view. And I almost forgotvto mention my room was spotless and super clean. Thank you」

「This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place.」

「La struttura di per sé è una bella struttura con un bel parco con piante di ogni genere della macchia mediterranea, 2 campi da tennis gratuiti e 2 belle piscine scoperte. Un ristorante con personale gentile. All'arrivo reception con check in dalle 16... Con un cagnolino e al massimo di 10kg, siamo dovuti stare in giro fino all'orario prestabilito.
