The property was a bit of a letdown. The hotel feels dingy and not well maintained. Rooms are bare bones straight out of a 90s motel. Floors are dirty. Hallways smell of mildew. Our room smelled of old food that had been left out even though there was no food in our room. Moldy food was left in the hallway for the entire length of our stay. Air conditioning does not work great. The whole property could use an upgrade. Pictures in the listing do not match the property, they have been embellished or rendered to look more upscale. The staff saved the trip for us. Very kind, very attentive.

Room floor was sandy, pillows were so flat to be non existent. Check in staff was lifeless and still working 12 hours later so there's a clue. Restaurant is uninspired and caters to German tourist. Breakfast is blah, lots of variety but none of it really good. No explanation of beach club, pool was closed and one of the main reasons the hotel was chosen. Overall a tired property.

The room had a very very dirty floor, a very old and bad smell (we left the window open so we can breath) and the paint in the room is very very bad. This is maximum a 1 star hotel. The pool walls were green of dirt and the outdoor floor was also extremely dirty. There is no way this a a $226 per night hotel; maximum $50, and that is if you are willing to stay in a place with mold. Shame on the General Manager and the owner of this hotel and shame on the Minister of Tourism and the local tourism board for allowing this place to have 4 starts which tricks tourists into booking a room there and then not being able to cancel. Expedia should delist this hotel.

Fantastic and helpful staff. We went in mid-October so no crowds. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance and the beach access was wonderful. A good spot within driving distance to Pisa and Tuscany if you’re looking to venture out. Room was clean and quiet.
