Clean room and sufficient elevator - important since I was on 4th floor. Nice reception area and good location near via Grande, the main shopping area and place to catch buses to and from the Livorno central train station. Only drawback was no comfortable chair to sit in - only a desk type chair that was uncomfortable.

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the great restaurants and bars of the little Venice area. The night manager in particular needs to be called out for his helpfulness. When no taxi was available for an early morning trip to the train station, he called a friend who got us to our train on time. That is how you get repeat customers. Thanks!

We checked in for 1 night after 2 flights and Micheal Forti and staff were both friendly helpful and even aiding us to acquire a taxi which was very challenging due to limited number. Thank you for helping us and providing our start to our vacation. Well done! Bravo! High recommended.

Good Hotel in Decent Location

Large room not far from port, city center and train station. Shopping and food within a few blocks. Shower os small (20" × 30"). Parking is 1 block away but expensive (25 euro per 14 hours). Area can be a little noisy at night with windows open. Overall a good stay.

All was as we needed. A good accommodation close to the habour so we can get to the ferry early in the morning. Hotel in total and the room was clean and in good shape. Only that there was no note that you have to book the parking space in front during booking process was a bit disappointing, however there is a huge parking garage directly on the other side of the street which was also cheaper in the end for us, when you only need during night.

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable bed. I would say the and hotel were a little dated. The Expedia ad says laundry facilities, please note this is not within the hotel and is a separate building so I do think these needs to be amended to say ‘laundry facilities close to the hotel’. No tea/coffee facilities within the room but can be bought in the bar area.

Friendly welcome at check in. However, when inquired about air conditioning we were told that it’s not available from October. We were adviced to open windows. The street noise and mosquitoes were a nuisance. We asked for 11am check out and was denied. Check out time 10:30am.

Good spot to rest

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space. The hotel parking is just a bit down the street from the hotel, but there is also a parking garage just around the corner. Note that you must go up some stairs in order to access the hotel elevator—not convenient is you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall a good hotel.
