"There cockroaches in my room and in the hallways. The room itself was okay, but it felt like the room was not very clean. The staff were nice but I will definitely be speaking with customer service regarding the conditions of the rooms and cleanliness "

"Breakfast had a small selection of food options, cleaned up the food area before time and before all guest left. I would not recommend breakfast here. Lounge area was acceptable and provided adult beverages as well. Receptionist front counter staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was acceptable and staff help to learn the process. "

The location is a major highlight—being just a five-minute walk from the central station and bus hub made navigating the city effortless. I also appreciated the thoughtful extras, particularly the complimentary drink and snack hour, which was a great way to unwind and socialise with other guests. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kyoto!"

"Excellent hotel. Its a good walk to the train . Area around the hotel is a bit quiet but there is some shops nearbye. Again the train is maybe a 10 min walk. "
