Would come again
The room is big but with smoke smell. Onsen is quite good. Food is good as well. Free coffee and drinks in lounge is a superb offering

Great service , helpful and friendly staff but not much to do in the local area . There are no restaurants within walking distance which can be a problem because the hotel does not serve lunch . A car is very helpful to explore the local area and to go further afield for lunch ,

Clean enough but a dated hotel. Breakfast was not great. Thought we were in the hotel from the Shining. You must reserve dinner before your arrival or you will have no food (other than what you find in the gift shop).

알펜루트 관광에 너무나도 좋은 위치에 관리도 잘 되고 경관도 좋고 온천도 좋고 모두 좋았습니다. 아, 방에 핸드타올에서 냄새가 조금 났었습니다, 관리 잘 해주시길.

Nice Onsen
The outdoor onsen is the best to relax. The Tatami room is spacious and clean. The hotel is at isolated place but there is free shuttle to Tateyama station and it is the best place to stop over for our Alpine Route. The hotel has lots of vending machine so no worries for the needs of beer, snack, instant noodles etc.

Very good location
Just 5 min drive to the Tateyama station. Nice hotel. Buffet restaurant food is so so. Not enough staff in the restaurant!

我們住兩晚，每一位服務人員都很親切，我們被升等很棒的房間 大浴場非常舒服，湯泉是剛剛還可以泡很久的溫度，並且很乾淨 兩晚的晚餐懷石料理都超級好吃，並且住兩天的餐點還不一樣 兩天朝食也是超級好吃的日式精緻料理 雖然都一人一份，但我們都很飽！ 非常感謝飯店所有人員的招待，我們絕對會想再來的！

きれいなホテル
コロナ対策しっかりされてました。 ただ、お風呂は少し密。仕方ないですね。 和室でしたが、お部屋はきれい。食事も美味しく、満足です。 当日、天気が今ひとつで、印象が下がってますが、宿のせいではありません。

家族で宿泊するのにはかなり向いている
スキーに行く際の拠点のホテルとしてはかなり最適。 正月の夜には色々イベントを開催しているので、家族旅行でも最適だと思う。特に小さい子供は喜ぶ仕掛けが多いと思う。 ただ、ロケーション的に一番近いのが粟巣野スキー場で、本格的にスキーやスノボをやる人にとっては物足りないスキー場なので、それも含めてやはり家族向けだと思う。 また、食事ではアレルギーを持っている子供のために色々と工夫をしてくれたり、提案してくれたりしたので、その点もとても助かった。

以一晚1.5萬台幣的價格來說，品質應再提升一些
入住有個人湯池的「菖蒲」獨立木屋，汽車可以停在自己屋前。設備很新，環境乾淨。有咖啡機和飲料、和一瓶免費Asahi生啤酒可以享用。日本料理晚餐的品項稍嫌可惜，但Buffet早餐很不錯。分離式冷氣會發出驚人的共振聲，影響睡眠。以一晚1.5萬台幣的價格來說，品質應該可以再好一些。

I don’t understand why they asked me to pay the bath tax when I checked out. Hot spring is free facility and I already settled all payment including tax through Expedia when I booked the hotel. No choice I paid it.

地點超讚 ，距離立山車站只7分鐘車程。酒店還有免費接送往返立山站。山上十分清靜。温泉很好 有按摩池 桑拿 室內外浴池。 一泊兩食。晚餐菜式及味道都不錯。但侍應有點太趕忙。 價錢不算便宜。但算物有所值

夕食の時、従業員を呼びたくても、慌ただしく動いていて、呼べないことが多々あった。 ラウンジにアイスが時間内なのになかったので、従業員に話したら、嫌そうな応対だったので食べるのを諦めた。

Very impressive hotel

飯店很棒很讚，飯店設備好以外，服務人員熱心服務真得很貼心，如果還要在去立山黑部，我一定會再入住一次。
本次旅遊要去立山黑部，購買JR阿爾卑斯山路線套票，因為沒有查詢好火車時刻，以至於比原定行程晚很多到富山站，在富山要去立山時，以為JR套票不能用，購買車票前往立山，途中看到有人使用套票下車，才發覺我買錯票了，到達立山站後，詢問車上司機，他說不能退，因為已經九點半了，立山站沒有站務人員，好險"森之風立山飯店"有提供接送服務，最後司機跟接送人員說明我們的狀況，並把車票交給接送人員，入住時飯店很熱心的幫我們打電話詢問可不可以退票，最後說或許可以，隔天退房時，他們說接送人員送我們去立山站時會幫我們處理，最後居然退票成功，非常感謝飯店熱心的協助。 溫泉是男女分開的裸湯大眾池，水溫剛好，非常舒服。 房間會準備熱水跟冰水可以直接飲用。 房間還會準備好吃的小點心可以吃。 早餐非常豪華，非常好吃，因為太晚入住，沒吃到晚餐，真得很可惜。 因為原本訂房是寫五點入住，但是五點多還在高山站，所以緊急用很破的英文跟櫃台協調，最後是改成9:21到達立山站，火車到站時接待人員已經在車站等待了，實在很感謝飯店人員的細心聆聽與溝通，不然晚上到達全部黑漆漆，真得很恐怖。 這間飯店真的是很棒很讚。

上立山黑部必然之選
酒店職員友善，預訂了日式房，到達時想轉換雙床房，職員馬上安排，並升級至豪華家庭房。晚餐自助餐食品豐富，難忘整隻大蟹供應，並不是一般大蟹腳，早晚餐都很滿意。

Great hotel for family
Highly recommended!! This is one of the best hotel I ever stay. It is good for family as there is an indoor playground in the hotel for kids. Parent can enjoy the hotspring while the kids can play. Hotel also provides firework and mini Japanese summer festival for the guests to experience real Japan! The food served is delicious and tradition. Staffs are very helpful, giving great care to my 2 years old girl.
